The Targhee Regional Public Transportation Authority (TRPTA) and Bonneville Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO) contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc to provide technical assistance in modifying TRPTA checkpoint service to better serve the needs of the community.
