South Routt County, Colorado contracted with LSC to conduct a transit feasibility study focusing on State Highway 131 and County Road 14 south of Steamboat Springs.
The overall approach to this project is to collect and evaluate demographic data, community information from a random household telephone survey, and liklihood of success. Ultimately LSC will propose recommendations on service design, costs, and develop a financial plan for future services
