Downtown Shuttle Analysis
The City of Colorado Springs
contracted with LSC to complete an analysis of the Downtown Shuttle operations.
LSC conducted boarding and alighting counts and an onboard survey.
Recommendations are provided for schedule changes to better use the existing
resources.
The Draft Report was presented to the Downtown Partnership Parking and Transportation Committee and to the Downtown Business Improvement District.
The Final Report provides the recommendations for improvements to the Downtown Shuttle.
