Southeast Colorado Regional Transit Plan
LSC has prepared a Regional Transit Plan for Southeastern Colorado comprising Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa, Otero, and Prowers Counties. The Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development Corporation is responsible for updating the Transit Development Plan (TDP) for this region. The Colorado Department of Transportation is moving from the TDP as the planning document to a Transit Element of the Regional Transportation Plan. This update is a Transit Element and includes long-range components.
The update is required to provide support for grant applications to receive Federal Transit Administration funds for 2002 and 2003.
