The City of Rifle, in cooperation with Garfield County and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. to prepare a Transportation Master Plan for the greater Rifle area. The development of a Rifle Transportation Master Plan allows the City of Rifle to identify what transportation improvements will be needed before 2025.
