The Kern Council of Governments has contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. to prepare a Transportation Development Plan (TDP) for the City of Ridgecrest, California. This TDP update will provide recommendations for improving the existing service, identify the City's role and responsibilities for better coordination of its transit service, and identify future transit needs within the study area.
