The City of Colorado Springs and Mountain Metropolitan Transit (Mountain Metro) contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. to update the current Title VI Environmental Justice plan for the Mountain Metropolitan Transit service area. The plan specifically focuses on public transportation issues in the City of Colorado Springs and analyzes environmental justice issues in the existing Mountain Metropolitan Transit service area.
