The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. to provide technical assistance to the Mescalero Apache Tribe. The technical assistance specifically focuses on identifying transit needs on the Resrvation and how to best provide public transportation to meet those needs.
