A kick-off meeting was held with stakeholders in Grand Junction on August 24, 2010 to discuss the formation of a Local Coordinating Council. They also completed the United We Ride Framework for Action. This is a community self-assessment tool designed to provide a starting point for discussions and to help identify potential areas where a community may begin to improve the quality of transportation services.
