The Central Area Rural Transit System, Inc. (CARTS) contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. to provide transit planning assistance to update the Central Kenai Peninsula Public Transportation Plan. The plan will examine transit needs, alternatives, coordination implementation options, and programs for the communities within the service area.
