The Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) on behalf of Headwaters, Inc (HI) contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc to develop expanded coordinated transportation services throughout its three-county service area. The tri-county service area includes Oneida, Forest, and Vilas Counties and the three Native American Reservations - the Lac Du Flambeau Indian Reservation, the Potawatomi Indian Reservation, and the Sokaogon Chippewa Indian Reservation. The plan specifically focuses on transportation coordination issues for the tri-county area. The plan will also examine transit needs, alternatives, coordination implementation, and programs for the communities within the tri-county area.
