Garfield County  Transportation Master Plan

LSC is preparing a Transportation Master Plan for Garfield County. The plan will address the transportation needs of the county for the next 20 years.

Interim documents and project information will be posted on this site. 

Working Paper #1 provides the Inventory of the Existing County Transportation System.

Working Paper #2 describes the existing and future transportation system deficiencies.

Working Paper #3 provides the analysis of transportation system improvement projects.

The Preliminary Plan contains the material presented in the Working Papers with the proposed impact fee methodology and recommendations. Impact fee calculation have been updated based on local feedback.
