Western Dairyland Technical Assistance Project
The
Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) contracted with LSC
Transportation Consultants to conduct a technical assistance study for the
Western Dairyland Opportunity Council. The grant
was awarded in 2002, and this study effort was the result of that grant.
An Advisory Group was formed to provide input regarding transportation needs and possible services which could meet those needs. The Advisory Committee met throughout the project to provide input and feedback as the plan was developed.
Three Technical Memoranda and a Draft Report were submitted for review. Public meetings were held to obtain input regarding transportation needs and the service concepts presented in the plan. Input from these meetings was incorporated into the Final Report.
The Final Report is available for download. Information from the three Technical Memoranda were incorporated into a Draft Final Report. Input received from the public and the Advisory Committee were incorporated into the Final Report.
