Metroplan, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the greater Little Rock area, contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. to complete a public transit feasibility study for Conway, Arkansas. The focus of this study is to determine the feasibility of providing public transit service in Conway, and if transit is feasible, to develop an implementation plan.
