Casper Transit Service Plan
The Casper Metropolitan Planning Organization, in cooperation with the City of Casper and Natrona County undertook a project to prepare an area-wide transit plan. LSC was selected as the consultant to develop the transit plan for the Casper area.
The focus of the project
was to identify the public transportation needs
of all residents of the Casper area and develop a public transit system which
will meet those needs.
The plan recommended a public transit system using a combintation of route-deviation and demand-response service.
