Big Sky Transit Development Plan

The Gallatin County Big Sky Transportation District contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants to prepare a Five-Year Transit Plan for Big Sky. The Big Sky Transportation District has been instrumental in initiating this project. The grant was awarded in 2004, from the Montana Department of Transportation and this study effort is a result of that grant. 

An Advisory Committee was formed  to provide local input. LSC worked closely with this group as well as the District Transportation Board throughout the study. The updated project schedule can be viewed or printed.

The Final Report is a compilation of all previous Technical Memorandum. This Final Report includes an phased implementation plan for system changes over the next six years.
