Eagle Transit Transit Development Plan Update

The Flathead County Area Agency on Aging, on behalf of Eagle Transit, contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. (LSC) to update the current Transit Development Plan. The update specifically focuses on identifying transit needs in the County and how to best provide public transportation to meet those needs.

Eagle Transit serves Flathead County as the general public service provider. Service is provided through checkpoint and demand-response service. This TDP-Update will serve as the five-year plan (2007-2012) and will provide Eagle Transit with implementation steps for improved service in the future. Coordination efforts with other local entities will be examined as part of this planning effort. 

The Final Report has been prepared, incorporating the material presented in the two Technical Memoranda. The Draft Report includes the five-year service plan and an implementation plan.
