The Mesa County Regional Transportation Planning Office (RTPO) contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. (LSC) to conduct the Clifton Pedestrian Circulation Study. The study specifically focuses on identifying pedestrian improvements which will be incorporated into the area's Capital Investment Program (CIP).
